Send us the genome reference, or the list of targets that you want to cover, and tell us a bit about the sample type, throughput and desired sequencing depth.
Design
With this starting information, we will design probes to produce highly-redundant tiled amplicon coverage of your regions of interest and share this design with you.
Pricing
Based on the design review and any additional adjustments that are needed,
we will provide you with an updated price quote for your project.
Assemble & Test
After design review, probes are manufactured and your custom kit is assembled. To ensure that finished kits provide robust out-of-the box performance, if starting material is available, we QC every new design with in-house testing.
Ship
Once your order is received, most kits ship out in 4-6 weeks, already tested. Be prepared for some significant custom NGS satisfaction.
